Senior Lift provides phone-based ride coordination services for seniors. We act as a concierge service to arrange transportation through third-party ride-sharing providers.

New members receive their first month of service free (no $11.99 charge). However, the 15% service fee on rides still applies during the trial period.

4. Billing

• Monthly membership fee of $11.99 begins after the first free month
• 15% service fee is added to each ride's total cost
• Ride costs are determined by third-party providers and may vary
• All charges are billed to your stored payment method

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by calling (585) 683-8263. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Service Limitations

• Service availability depends on third-party provider coverage
• We are not the transportation provider - we coordinate rides
• All drivers are screened and employed by third-party services
• Pricing may vary based on location, time, and demand

7. Liability

Senior Lift acts as a booking agent only. We are not liable for the actions, safety, or conduct of third-party transportation providers.

8. Privacy

We collect necessary personal information to provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
